Flight Canceled_ Blizzard_ Stuck in the house

I meant to write a deep post for New Years but I´m not stuck in the house uncapable of flying anywhere because of a "Heart Attack" blizzard coming up. Felt sad, angry, whatever..I guess I cant do anything about it.

How was this past year for you?
Have you accomplished what you planned?
What it harder than you expected?
Easier?
Did you make new friends? Did you get new enemies?
Did you get married? Had a baby? Lost a family member? Had an accident or was diagnosed with a disease?
Did you break any bones? Got a severe flu?
Did you get a good job? Lost one?
Did you travel a lot? Did you buy a new car?
Did you read good books? Watched a good movie?
Did you fall in love? Did you break up?
Did you graduate? Were you admitted at college?
Did you get a scholarship or a new pet?
Did you do charity? Did you shop till you dropped?
Did you earn lots of money?
Did you get any big prizes?
Did you remodel your house? Did you get a new haircut?
Did you start studying a new language?

What was the most memorable moment in your life in 2010?

2010 was surely an unbelieveable year.
Changed and quit jobs.
Fell in love.
Traveled a lot.
Learned a lot: a lot
Missed my family a lot ( since I'm far from them)
Felt happy on my own skin, but a lil hopeless about eating healthy
Made tons of new friends.
Cooked and cleaned a lot.
Did not exercise as much as I wanted to.
Read good books but not as much as wished.
Watched a few movies.
Played games
Facebooked and twitted friends on a daily basis
Googled daily
Didnt paint.
Didnt cut grass
Didnt go shopping much
Got a new haircut! :)
Didnt do a lot of charity
Became more eco friendly
Started learning a new language
Got a scholarship
Overall it was a year filled with blessing but a lot of hardwork as well

I hope 2011 be as wonderful for you as 2010 was for me. Happy New Year!

Xmas

The first time you get to spend Xmas in the US in a freezing part of he country is certainly magical. All the Xmas lights and the songs, everything is careful taken care of. Now, all the magical days spent make me think why Xmas is not so magical in some other countries. Is this because of the weather? If you get to spend Xmas in a tropical country, Santa does look a lil silly wearing his North Pole clothes.
I guess Xmas in the US is magical because it makes you forget about all the problems that make most of the other countries suffer from: poverty, hunger etc... Spending Xmas in the US seems to be a time that it is OK to shop wildly and nobody will judge you for that. It is just fine to live your days spending as if nothing else mattered, actually the only thing that matters is getting the first and the best gadgets that will for sure "(dis)connect" you and your friends so you get to spend the following year lonely and happy!
What´s the real purpose of Xmas again? I don´t actually remember I could say, but the malls have just open and we better hurry up to do some shopping....
I hope you all can have Merry Days in December and get to "spend" around your family and real friends...and I truly hope It has a real meaning in the end.

I can't think of a title, I hate when that happens...

Michigan
hotel room
roomate taking a shower
feelin sleepy
feelin excited
feelin confused
feeling like sharing everything online to the whole world
maybe wont be able to do it so,
but ...will try

a journey has just began...a journey from a young woman, who is living in the Us, and doing ordinary stuff, but trying to see this new world from a different perspecttive...

Enjoy it...
